Zun\u00e4chst wurden im Schulgarten viele \u00c4pfel gepfl\u00fcckt, die dann mit viel Eifer in der Schulk\u00fcche gewaschen, entkernt und gesch\u00e4lt wurden. Mit etwas Wasser, Zucker und Zimt wurde dann Apfelmus in zwei gro\u00dfen T\u00f6pfen gekocht. Endlich konnte dann das fertige Apfelmus mit Milchreis verzehrt werden.
